Solid pilsner aroma, pale malt and noble hop funk with a slight grainy sweetness. Pours pretty as well, gold with a healthy white cap and modest lacing. Taste seems a bit off, a mild corn sweetness leading into hints of apple and grass, yet the finish comes on too assertive, overly floral and bitter with IBUs clinging to the fade. Creamy texture is good for the style, but overall a slightly above average pils.

This made for a decent enough beer, but it comes off as a bit thin. Overall, I thought it was drinkable, but I didn't have a strong attachment to it, nor would I rush out for it again.

Growler, thanks to Patrick. Pours a clear gold, with a medium, bubbly, off-white head. The aroma is apples, bitter oranges, cut grass, peanuts, and some light dough. Sweet and grainy flavor, with a nice, mellow, pilsener-esque bitterness. Light to medium body, lightly effervescent, and a little creamy. Overall, this is has a lot of the characteristics of an American pilsener, but is heavier body, and has a crisper flavor. Refreshing, and reasonably flavorful, but nothing special.
