On tap at Cabanas in Cape May. Cloudy pale gold color with a small white head. Fruity malt nose has a sweet citrusy note. Flavor is tangy sweet with spicy notes. Coriander and tart yeast. Sweet and fruity, yet easy drinking. A touch of citrusy grapefruit hops finish this nicely.

Aroma: The aroma is spice and lemon, yeasty notes, and some grass
Appearance: It pours a hazy golden-orange color with an off-white head and average lace
Flavor: This had a nice flavor, very reminiscent of the nose, with spice, fruity, and hop flavors
Palate: The body is medium, with a nice mouthfeel, slightly fizzy, with a clean, dry finish
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty darn solid Saison. It worked well for me as a crisp refreshing beer to drink coming back from the Cape May beach.
