Pomegranate Wheat

4 oz. draft. A clear golden color. Aroma is wheat and soft pomegranate. Flavor has nice subtle pomegranate in a light body. Crisp texture. Easy drinking.

Winter Beer Fest, Philly: Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is a lot of pomegranate. Taste is much the same at the front, then it goes down to a bready mineral finish at the end. Refreshing.

Aroma: The nose is sweet and fruity, pomegranate is dominate and the fruitiness is candy-like
Appearance: It pours a mostly clear orange color with a thin head and some light, drippy lacework
Flavor: The flavor is also sweet, but it sort of works, a hint of wheat, and no semblance of hops
Palate: The body is light and a little thin, clean enough, with a lively carbonation
Overall Impression: I liked this one more than I expected. It is very sweet and the aroma is straight up candied fruit, but it still somehow isn't too bad. It doesn't make sense, it isn't my type of thing at all, but I still sort of enjoyed it...
