Location: Draft at Ginger Man (NYC), 1/19/13

Aroma: This one has a sweet nose, with caramel, some dark malts, and a little roast
Appearance: This one pours a dark red-brown color with a creamy beige head and lots of lace
Flavor: Tastes rather sweet, similar to the nose component-wise, and in need of some hop balance
Palate: This one has a smooth feel that is a bit sticky and a hint cloying, with a soft carbonation
Overall Impression: I thought this one was solid, though it could have used some balance. There was a lot of sweetness here. Decent, but a little too sweet for my tastes.
