(Bottle) Reddish amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy beige head. Fruity nose with red fruit, oak wood, vinegar, pink grapefruit, raisins and hazelnuts. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red fruit, pink grapefruit, oak wood, a touch of bourbon, vinegar, raisins, caramel and nuts. No bitterness. Generous funky acidity. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and complex, quite acidic. Very nice.

Smells amazing…like Christmas cookies? Hazy brown appearance. Hazelnut and cinnamon at the finish. Vanilla up front. Sour cuts the sweetness well. Lingering lemon juice and vinegar
