Aged in a former Allagash barrel with Brettanomyces, this is Tributary's third "wild beer". Originally brewed in 2017, this Tripel transformed through a secondary fermentation in the barrel with the wild yeast doing all the work. The Brett, and time, converted the slightly sweet, full-bodied Belgian golden ale into a tart, fruit-forward dry delight.
