Aged in oak chardonnay barrels for over 9 months, then bottle conditioned for softer carbonation. Oak and mild funk up front lead to a refreshing berry profile on the palate.

500 ml purchased at the brewery. Slightly curly golden color. Aroma is mild fruit, slight funk, mild Brett. Flavor has a mild Brett character, mild Chardonnay barrel shows the white grape. Nice dry texture with a drying mouthfeel. Very drinkable!

600ML AFH sharing this. Thanks! split 3 ways, slight haziness, not a milkshake which is nice, a good yellow white head. has a light grape aroma, lemon peel. chewy mouthfeel, not too thick, good texture though. less of an IPA, more of an earthy pale ale with a lot of brett and barrel texture. good balance, I really like it. Needs more bite in the mouthfeel.

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Grape, oak and funk aromas. Dusty, sweet white grape upfront turning to dry oak before the lasting funk finish.
