Rich and decadent notes of chocolate fudge, dark chocolate covered espresso beans, vanilla and toffee. The finish is sweet with a touch of oak tannin for balance. Aged in Bourbon Barrels for over 10 months.

750 ml I purchased at the brewery. Flavor has coca nibs, caramel candy, and a decent oak character. The wood helps cut the sweetness down a tad. Mouth is creamy and showing a velvet texture over the palate. Nicely crafted.

pitch black, a little oily 1 finger head. bakers chocolate Very bitter flavor from the malt or hops. a little mocha and raisin, cream, sweet finish.
