Brewed with a heavy amount of chocolate malts, this one is rich, chocolaty and smooth as velvet.

Can pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque black with light sparkle, thin cap of ephemeral light brown head and no lacing. Aroma is roast and chocolate. Taste is chocolate and creme (Oreo), roasted malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, aroma and taste could be more identifiably cookies and cream. Just OK.

4 ounce sample at the source. A near pitch black collar. Aroma and flavor are identical. Mild roasted malt, light chocolate, a larger Pine hop profile. Reminds me more of a black IPA rather than a stout

Pitch black, no head. Tootsie roll cardamom, licorice. Very bitter with chocolate unsweetened. Finish is piney and bark ...this is just a black IPA, right?
