Growler to stange.
Appearance: pale yellow color with a slight haziness about it and a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely but didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet to soured-wheat up front, tart lemon and lime zest
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sour to tart quality and adds in a slight saltiness before it finishes sour, tart and salty with the lime and lemon tones
Texture: light bodied, sessionable as the tart and sour is tame throughout consumption then the tart wheat bite kicks as I was hoping for
Overall: this is truly a Gose, Americanized - yes and with a nice twist with the lime in there.

Light yellow hazy. Small sediment pieces. Smells of lemon bread and lime juice. Light salty flavor with a bit of lemon merengue. Light, salty finish with tangerine

750 ml growler filled at the source 30 June. Appearance is a murky, yellow, some fizzy carbonation. Although there is a lot of lime used, it is not over done. Very nice lime character. Mild salt, with a low salinity level. Has a very nice drinkable character.
