Canned from Village Beer Merchant. Roasted malts, coffee, pine, fairly bitter, quite roasted. Full bodied. Black ipa with a punch. I like it.

Pour is a black with a small tan head. Aroma is some char malt with a decent hop profile. Flavor is a decent roasted malt and a slight hop. The malt and hops don't really wow you here both are equally present and that puts this in the decent category.

Dark brown to black. tiny coffee head. aroma is cigarette, coffee, cocoa, toffee. whoa...lots of smoke on this one. old hops? IDK. cocoa, very bitter finish. .

16 oz. can spilt 2 ways, thank you Chalumeaux, thanks TJ on this odd canning. Dated 11-27-17. Aroma is strong pine and citrus. Flavor has the base roasted malt bit reflecting the characteristics of a black IPA. Strong Pine with citrus notes. Bitterness is substantially hoppy. It is nice, style guidelines wise, stout??

Poured from can dated 11/27/17 black with a tan head. Aromas of floral hops roasted malt and pine. Taste is akin to a black ipa. Nice integration of hops roasted malt and a lingering pine bitterness.
