Happy to back in cider country. Light gold pour fairly still looking. Nose is dry apple skin some sweet fruity flesh and woodsy. Tastes of grass, oak, vanilla, white wine and nice crabapple. Quite dry and lightly tart. Tannic. Enjoyable

Pours clear deep gold into a shaker. No head. Apple pie aromas. Hot with apple and cinnamon front to back. Dry abrupt finish.

Can drunk 8/18/18.
Slight chill haze to the deep, brassy-gold body.
In the nose it does seem quite well-attenuated, with a hint of Brett and light lime leading to yellow apple skin, light tannin and a touch of soft, aromatic oak. Bit of phenolic pepper on the end adds some complexity and there is no flaw or alcohol.
In the mouth it's indeed quite dry, though there is a big burst of sweetness initially. Acidity seems to dry it out in a balancing sort of way, rather than actual bone-dry attenuation or that sort of thing. Carbonation is fairly engaging, with a soft-to-slick texture and light toasted oak character, a bit of mushy apple sugar and lingering pepper phenols. Very lightly tart with hints of Brett and light citrus. Still has that undercurrent of "bad American cider" but it's very faint here.

from a can, light golden yellow. smells of pear, diaper and sugar. lovely mouthfeel, soft, sprite-7up like and juicy. finish is a bit sweet. very thin flavor, like apple + 75% water. still tasty and refreshing.

Pours a nice light pale gold/straw from a can. Big apple aroma smells sweet somehow, with a light orange note. In the mouth rather dry, thought not the driest. Refreshing and light, good acidity. Pretty good cider.
