Keg taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is clear yellow with decent sparkle, ring of off-white head with excellent retention and decent lacing. Aroma is fruity-floral with mild yeasty funk. Taste is floral with nonspecific malts. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, smooth, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, aroma and taste lack a clear character. Fair.

Draft taster at the brewery. Pale amber in color, fizzy head. Aroma has good citrus, white bread caramel. The flavor is very old-school, caramel/ toffee sweetness with pine being the dominant flavor profile. Bitterness is just an off the balance the toffee. IPA from the year 1998, but that is what I like about it.

Nice clarity. Dark orange. One finger head. This has a wonderful aroma. Juicy tangerine comes to mind. Really hoppy. Resinous. Juicy and oats along with simcoe

Pours a fairly clear deep golden color with a bubbly white head. Bits of bready caramel maltiness with just a hint of butterscotch and lots of pine grass and citrus. Not horrible, but this recipe could use a couple of tweaks.
