Had to taste this tap at the brewpub. Darker but not brown. Easy going for an 8%, be careful, it will full you into dizziness. Yes, a good domestic example of a real dubbel. Nice, really good. Old country stuff fer sher, I liked this, well balanced and easy to drink.

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is clear light brown-dark amber with no sparkle, no head and no lacing. Aroma is caramel, fruit, candied sugar. Taste is as aroma, mild yeast. Palate is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, everything you'd expect in a dubbel.

Draft taster at the brewery. Deep brown color, thin head. Aroma is prune, Belgian yeast, candy sugar. Flavor is done well least is followed by some candy and mild chocolate. Medium in body, with a nice yeast presence. Respectable.

Hazy red with a one finger head. Candied sugar and ginger and orange. Delicious. Very sweet. Caremlized sugar clove and a lot of citrus

On tap at the source. Deep murky deep amber color without much of a head when it got to the table. Rich caramel and raisin y prune with some light spicy earthy phenols to counter. A second beer from them that is not much to look at but pretty tasty.
