Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 7/6/12

Aroma: The nose is faint and malty, with some caramel and a little bit of bread
Appearance: This one pours a clear golden-amber without much head or lace atop it
Flavor: The taste is average sweet, with mostly malty notes that are pretty similar to the nose
Palate: The body of this one is pretty light, and a little watery, overall, this one just feels kind of dull
Overall Impression: This was probably my least favorite offering thus far from all the things I sampled at the Maui Brewpub. It wasn't terrible, or highly flawed, it just felt a little dull.

Draught@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen (Aug 8th, 2011). Hazy orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head, that vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is mild toasted malts, some caramel, grass and mild chocolaty and nutty notes. Flavour is similar with some grassy and floral hops kicking in in the aftertaste. Pleasantly balanced Amber Ale.

Draft. A hazy deep red beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes bread and spicy hops as well as lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, pumpernickle bread, and spicy hops, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap. Hazy amber with an off-white head that leaves some lacework. Distinct caramel nose. Medium-bodied, again distinct caramellish malts that are quickly balanced by a dry hoppiness. 070811
