On tap. Opaque black with a creamy light brown head. Very distinct and almost herbal coffee aroma. Rather light body, sweetish roast with a whiff of vanilla and a fine and clean coffee note. Lightly roasted/ coffeeish bitterness. 180912

Location: Nitro at the Brewpub, 7/6/12

Aroma: It has a dry roasted coffee nose, with hints of chocolate as well
Appearance: It pours a dark brown-black color, light brown head (lasting), heavy lace
Flavor: It has a big coffee flavor, is light-medium sweet, much like the nose, with some mild bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, with that typical smooth and creamy feel that you usually get on nitro
Overall Impression: I thought that one was a solid, but spectacular nitro stout. With lots of roasted coffee, but not an amazing flavor.
