Location: Draft at Little Rock Brewpub, 10/5/11
Aroma: The nose is light, clean, and malty, with a nice earthy hop component too
Appearance: It pours a clearish copper-orange color with a small white head
Flavor: The taste is yeast/bready malts balanced by a bitter, crisp earthy hop presence
Palate: The body is fairly light with a mouthfeel that is crisp and clean and an average carbonation
Overall Impression: Overall, I thought this was a pretty nice ESB. This one is balanced and well-made. I found it to be pretty good, but I think it may have been even better if it had been given the cask treatment instead of being on draft. It is too bad it wasn't offered in that format when I visited, becuase I would have liked to have compared the two version.
