Location: Draft at The Birreria at Eataly, 9/4/11

Aroma: The nose is fairly subtle, with notes of yeast, fruit, and a bit of spice
Appearance: It had an orange pour with a fizzy body, a foamy white head, and good lacing
Flavor: The taste is somewhat yeasty, some sweetness, and with a nice bitter backbone to it
Palate: This one has a fairly fizzy body, reasonably drinkable, and with a solid mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Overall, I thought this was a fairly solid beer. It's good to see a California Common show-up from an East Coast brewery, as I don't stumble upon them too often. This was a nice attempt at an under attempted style.
