Our IPA par excellence is crystalline, light orange with orange reflections and a fine bubble that forms a slightly beige foam. In the nose, notes of earthy, pine and resin are perceived along with shades that evoke citrus skin. In the mouth it presents a cheesy carbonation with bitter flavors, a spicy point and a certain presence of malt that reminds you of bark of bread.
Hops: Galina, Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo.

Draft at Uiltje. Pours cloudy golden brown with a cream head. Aroma of citrus, apple, light fruits and lychee. Flavor is light sweet and moderate bitter with orange peel coming out in the palate. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at Uiltje bar. Hazy dark golden with white head and lots of lacing. Grapes, red apple, some sourdough bread, old red wine, lemon juice, light yeast. Medium sweet and light sour. Medium bodied. Weird stuff, but I quite like it.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a very lively, cloudy amber with a retentive off-white head. Comes slowly gushing. Lovely peachy aroma. Medium body, tart, chemical and medicinal leading to an astringently bitter finish. Lots of flaws in this one. 020615

33cl bottle from Beer52.com. Despite a very careful pour this still came out a murky amber, with a billowing cream head; the aroma is piney and citrus; and there is an immediate sharp woody bitterness, in the style of a West Coast IPA, before a softer, fruity, body develops. A pleasant IPA, but I like my beers to be appealing to the eye as well as the mouth, and this one fails on that count.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by dEnk. Hazy light orange color, full sized soapy white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, lightly floral, slightly metallic, decently fruity (mainly the aroma). OK body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Coppery color with a creamy white head, good retention. Aroma has notes of resins and pine with lght orange peel hints. Flavor is bittery with good duration, resins and pine have a medium presence, grapefruit and orange peel. Bittery final with good duration.
