Location: Sampled this one at the Winery, 10/1/10

Aroma: The nose has lots of apple (no shock), and some sugar/honey
Appearance: It looks like carbonated apple juice, as it should
Flavor: The taste is sweet (apples/honey), and it has a slightly dry finish
Palate: It is fairly light of body with a plus amount of carbonation lasting on the tongue
Overall Impression: I stumbled across this one when rain got in the way of our plans to go apple picking so we ended up visiting some wineries instead. This was a pretty good cider. It had a solid flavor, and it drinks pretty nicely. I don't love ciders, and though I thought it was too sweet, I still found it pretty good.

Big 22 0z bomber, thanks jjpm74. This is one of three ciders he gave me. Pour this into a big mug and it looks much like any other pale yellow american beer. The aroma is sweet, applelike and perhaps has some hints of a fruity strong ale! No head but there was a big roll when I poured it into the glass. Some streams of carbonation can be seen within and when you sip it it does have a good tingle to it. A very good apple cider flavor with a bravo of alky in there. The ingredients include champagne yeast, cane sugar, honey, sulfites, sorbates and malic acid. Fly Creek Original Hard Cider is much better tasting and is a little less offensive on the alky side. Overall this is a good cider that every cider lover should at least try once. Refreshing, interesting and different. Very pleased to have an opportunity to try this.
