Draft at waterfront. Poured unremarkably and tasted unremarkable. That’s all she wrote.

Location: Tap at the Pony Bar, 5/29/10
Aroma: The nose is fairly simple, grains, dust, light fruit/orange, honey
Appearance: Orange colored beer with an off-white head
Flavor: Yeasty and spice flavor, some light fruitiness
Palate: This one has an OK feel, but it is a touch thin
Overall Impression: The flavor was mediocre, the beer was fine, but just not impressive.

A maber ale with a thick white head. A nice caramel malt aroma with coriander and orange peels. In mouth, a nice Belgian ale with crisp malt, coriander, and curacao, medium to rich bodied, light alcohol in finale. Tap at BCTC 2009

Hazy orange beer - moderate lace - yeasty aroma, with wheaty tang, clove, some earthy, musty character, and hints of orange and lemon - spicy and peppery up front, with some biscuity malt behind it - a little bit of sweetness, but it mostly stays quite dry, and almost dusty - very rustic, almost funky light earthy character - ends with some herbal notes, pineapple and peach - long lingering peppery hops and a touch of chalky mineral notes - quite a nice beer
