Besserwisser smart aleck is a traditional Bavarian-style dark wheat beer. Brewed to showcase complex malt and yeast flavors that feature caramel, and an array of banana, dark fruit and clove notes, this small-batch offering is flavorful with ta heavy mouthfeel. Traditionally found in Munich’s Alstadt, Besserwisser pairs well with any of our wood-fired pizzas, or as a stand-alone pour.

Cloudy reddish brown pour, 2 finger dense brown creamy head. Looks quite nice, very cloudy. very faint aroma. The mouthfeel is thin, a little thicker than I’m used to, Slightly smokey, a little bit of chocolate, walnuts and woody notes. fleeting malt bill with cardamom and orange peels.
