750 ml bottle thanks to AdamC. Much thanks! Purchased by Adan at Burlington Beer Co. Aroma is light. Very weak spruce, chocolate, watered down cake batter, brown sugar.

The flavor shows light Christmas tree hints, with mild brownie batter and a lingering spruce bitterness. I like the rye variant much better.

Poured from bottle thanks AdamChandler for the Ratebeer Camp extravaganza. Dark chocolate pour with a nice tan head. Strong aroma of cedar. Taste is hint of vanilla fudge and cedar. Interesting.

Dark black, brown edges. 1 finger head. The aroma is insane. there’s so much cedar it dominates everything. Decent mouthfeel. thin at the finish. Fudge with some vanilla and the cedar actually doesn’t stand out too much. bitterness. a little bit of onion. decent beer. Good thing I like cedar.
