A golden-hued farmhouse-style beer. Classic Belgian saison yeast flavors and aroma characteristics, balanced by citrus and floral hop additions.

Can from the Packie. Lightly hazy dark yellow in color with a thin tightly bubbled white head.Earthy and lightly funky with hints of tropical fruit and a bit of bready malt.

Golden orange, cloudy 2 finger creamy white head. aroma of bread dough, orange peel (sweet), rice and honey. Sweet taste, there’s a solid grain base here, yeast is subdued with citrus, clove, pepper and cumin sort of owning the taste profile. Thin mouthfeel. Not sure where this was going but the hop bitterness is redeeming but there’s a little bit of copper penny taste. still, a solid beer as usual.

Taster at the source. Hazy pale gold color. Very fruity aroma, peaches, pears, maybe pineapple. The flavor has a soild yeast body ending with a very mild spice in the finish. Lots of lingering fruit notes with just a hint of herbal bitterness. Tasty.
