Draft at Golden Crust in PA. This is my 5th BIG Impy Stout that day. These were 6oz pours but that's still a lot. I did not know it was BA but that make sense given what I wrote: A little alcohol thinness and rubbing alcohol that takes away from the beer. This was in comparison to the other 4 stouts. But at least it wasn't too sweet. 747415

Pours black into a snifter. Mocha head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Chocolate syrup and espresso aromas. Thick with pumpernickel, pepper and dark caramel upfront turning warm in the lasting sweet espresso finish.

650 ml bottle provided by Willrunforbeer, much thanks. Aroma is a very nice blend of espresso bean, mild whiskey notes and a nice chocolate malts.

The flavor has a nice roasted malt base with nice mild coffee hints through the sip. Wow, the alcohol is only mildly noticeable. The lingering flavor is coffee, bourbon is nicely integrated. The body is fuller side of medium with a smooth carbonation, very nice!

Clown Shoes, Thanks Brian for sharing. Pitch black. It smells really freaking like fresh roasted coffee and tasty chocolate candy. Taste is really nice! Loads of sweet creamy coffee, good roast presence, dried and unsweetened bakers chocolate. Really delicious. the ABV doesn’t go wild either. really nice!
