Pale yellow fizzy carbonation. Very crisp with a tart Granny Smith nose. Taste is pretty fantastic. Starts sweet and finishes sweet with a very intense dryness in the middle. A tart grapefruit and lemon middle as well.

Paid 10.99 for a 750 ml bottle in Chicago. Cyrstal clear yellow, aroma is smashed Heirloom apple and mild sugar. Flavor is crisp and very dry. Nice tartness giving a slight pucker in my taste buds. Pretty nice stuff!
