Pours a nice light copper from a bottle. Very nice crisp apple flavor, a hint of the concentrated, almost oxidized note of an ice cider. Flavor is crisp, light. Very, almost too, effervescent. Pretty good cider.

375ml bottle from Flatiron Wines. Duvel baby tulip. Dark, clear, active, copper gold body. Smell is big on macerated apples, minerals & mellow spice. Taste is bitter asprin, chalky core, slightly creamy. Very carbonated, thin, moderate acid. Too bitter. Needs another note.

0,375 ml bottle bought at the Northern Eastern Kingdom Tasting Center, Newport VT, for 8,80 $. Dark golden and a little bit unclear in the glass. High visible carbonation. Smells dry fruity. Taste starts more fruity, little bit tart, some honey in the background. Increasing tartness, later switching to more apple in a dry bedding. Some smooth hints of champagne. Really nice.

On-site @ Eden: A little hazy yellow color. Apple, mango and wood aroma. Sweeter than regular dry. Some tropical fruit, w bit of apple juice sweetness with a yeast and oak finish
