Clear yellow no head. Loads of honey and pear aroma. Very sweet with strawberry, some band-aid or plastic, cherry and lots of Apple. Dry finish. I thought this was fantastic. really clean, lots of sweetness up front and a lot of resemblance to Ice Cider itself.

Tap at CC. It pours clear pale green - gold with minimal head. The nose is soft, juicy, sweet apple pie, tart tatatin, oily and honey. The taste is slick, sweet - sour vibe, oily, apple, alcohol boost, some acidity, lemon rind, stewed pears and elderflower with a dry, warming finish. Medium + body, prickly carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Interesting and quaffable ice cider "light". Perhaps a bit alcoholic, but decent anyhow.
