4oz taster at the source. Deep amber copper color with a frothy off white head that shows great retention. I’m getting caramelized honey, toast, lemony tartness and light earth on the nose. The flavor is lemony tart with caramelized sugar and a non deScript fruitiness. I taste a light smokiness that really melds with the lactic bite. I would have never guessed pumpkins unless you told me. I almost didn’t order this because I hate pumpkin beers, so glad I did!

Sample at the brewery and also a growler. Ambe / orange color with thin head, steady carbonation level. Aroma is sweet with molasses hints and pumpkin inards. The flavor has a good amount sourness through the center. The finish has the sweetness that is counterbalanced by the sourness.

Overall this is just really odd. It just is not cohesive flavor wise for me. I wanted to like it; if that helps.

Hi Dave! My first beer from Dave’s new endeavor. Growler from Brian. 4 ounce pour just above fridge temp.

A - Dark orange hazy, 1 finger yellowish head.

S - It smells really good like pumpkin pie with a tart lemon skin and wheat aroma. Really unique and smells like a spectacular beer. I like it.

T - Taste is unique. Aunt-Jemima syrup, candy corn, pumpkin, gourds, spices, brown sugar and a minor key lime pie tartness

M - Good mouthfeel, nice carbonation, dense and fleeting tartness

O - I like this and for a pumpkin beer it’s pretty good.
