Dark orange. 2 finger creamy head fades slowly. Nose is crisp with grapefruit and juicy white wine grapes. Taste is sharp juicy citrus acidity. Nice soft mouthfeel like a very highly carbonated sparking wine. Bitterness sticks around for a while.
