Additions of Scottish Golden Promise malt add a graham cracker character alongside notes of Mango, Citrus and subtle earthy coconut character from a blend of South African Southern Passion and American Citra hops.

Bright orange. Insanely cloudy. Peachy with kiwi and a grape aroma. That great mineral water mouthfeel. Crisp like a sofa water. Mild darkness. Ginger snap and orange peel.

From a growler. Thanks popery. Aroma has moderately strong grapefruit and citrus with a ton of passion fruit and tropical fruit. Light malt background. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium sized, white head with pretty nice retention. Moderate lacing with faint legs. Flavor has a light malt and cracker character with moderate hop notes. Lots of tropical fruit and passion fruit with moderate citrus character. Medium bitterness. Nice water character. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, another pretty decent pale ale from Cellarmaker. The hop has a really nice character and I look forward to having more of that hop.

Pours a pale golden color. It?s very cloudy but still transparent enough to see my fingers on the other side of the glass - super important info. Small white head leaving just a bit of lacing. The aroma has tons of passionfruit alongside a good dose of pineapple. It?s very tropical. Not quite as juicy as some of their hoppy stuff, but I?m grasping for criticism here. Floral flavors - honeysuckle, roses. Taste is juicier with a big hit of that tropical fruit salad hoppiness. Passionfruit, pineapple, sweet flowers. Just a touch of malt sweetness. The beer finishes dry with light bitterness. Mild vegetal note in there somewhere. Feel is light and carbonation is effervescent. Packs a lot of hop flavor for the abv. Cellarmaker is brewing some wonderful hoppy beers and this is among the best of the recent offerings. It?s tropical, crushable and lovely.
