Sample at the brew pub. The beer is a hazy yellow-gold color with a thin head, little lacing. Aroma of lemongrass and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat, malt and lemons. Again, the body of this beer is real thin. The finish is short and herbal. Like the other seasonal saison, this needs more of a body. Really flimsy.

pale yellow, light head. nose is light with lemon juice, honey and brown rice. taste is very thin some peanut and fruit. very light, not complex but certainly nice for a hot day.
