Taster pour on tap at NH Brewers Festival. Appearance is a hazy, pale yellow with a thin ring of off-white head, no sparkle or lacing. Aroma is vague floral and fruity hops/rhubarb. Taste is predominantly tart, with mild sweet, wheat and coriander. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and in the finish the tart dissipates, leaving a balanced sweet-tart with malt backbone. Overall, the tart quality dominates, which will appeal to the sour-loving crowd but overwhelms the base wheat beer. I am not in that crowd.

22 oz. bottle purchased at Beveridge, Wolfboro, NH. Clear yellow color, no head. Low carbonation. Aroma is tart rhubarb and malted wheat.

Flavor is tart rhubarb with pale malts and a chewy body. The flavor is balanced between tart and sweet. It does have a slight off chemical flavor but not real distracting. Decent summer brew with low ABV.

Pale yellow and a 1 finger head. Nose is a bit sulphuric, acidic with some strawberry and obviously some rhubarb. Taste has a touch of plastic. definite rhubarb, wheat body and a tart tree fruit. Finish is plasticy but not terrible.

Pours light gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Citrus sour patch and hay aromas. Earthy and dry with rhubarb upfront turning to dough and back again to tart rhubarb. Interesting.

Good sized draft sample at the Granite State Brewfest yesterday. Sweet and fruity whit hints of earth and spice. Odd flavors but it works.
