Bottle from the source. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma of whore's perfume and light lemon. Taste has soft funk and flowers. Decent.

32 oz growler poured at the brewery 6 hours ago. Color is slight hazy gold with fast dying head in the snifter. Aroma is very herbal with the coriander being the main note. Hints of yeast.
Flavor is spicy coriander, grassy, edible flowers and light black cracked pepper. The base has pale malt with light thin yeast. The mouthfeel is very herbal with mild effervescent tingle. It has a low herbal bitterness that lingers slightly after the sip. Texture is slightly drying. Overall I wish I could compare this the Saison DuPont, but since I can’t right now I will say it is mostly true to style, although a tad bit more herbal then it should be. Still worth a try if you like the style and don’t mind coriander.

Pale yellow. Minimal head. Bright lemon and tart juicy acidic nose. Taste is overly spiced. Herbal turmeric and clove. Touch of orange juice. Lots going on and pretty overpowering
