Tap. Pours hazy golden orange, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is grassy, pepper, light citrus. Light sweet, herbal, peppery, almost a bit of mint, light lemon, perhaps clove. Reminds me of black jack gum. Medium body. Interesting.

Slight haze 1 finger head. Nose is like super oatmeal and cream of wheat. Only a minor hoppy nose with the expected fruity pine of simcoe. It’s a hearty nose. Saison flaked wheat, lovely wheat really hearty and substantial. Lemon grass and hay with a nice pine cone bitterness that is very sticky and hangs out long after you sip. The only other aspect I get is bananas but not overwhelming
