Pale, straw, bit of haze. No head. Footy yeast nose is not that attractive. Tart, just a touch of salt, also light gentle fruitiness but all of this is underpinned by that footy yeasty character that I don’t like.

Keg at the brewery, 09/11/14. Lightly hazed golden blonde with moderate white spotting and edgework. Nose is pissy, lemon tang, citric rinds, spice, light wood. Taste comprises a citric sherbet tang, woody, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent gose, refreshing petit puckerings.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma seems citrus. Medium body. Flavor is bready, citrus, light salt. A bit of paper in the finish. Hoped for more - what more? Just more.

On tap at Bailey's, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite tart, with funky light fruits, salt and wheat. Flavour is very well-balanced, with dry tart funk, light salt, and wheat. Dry, wheaty palate. Excellent gose.

Growler pour thanks to Toby. Pours out a crisp light gold topped with a soap head. Nose is sweet pear bread and spice. Taste is as the aroma with a sweet fruit a touch of spice brine and lemon.

Pale straw yellow Light tart lemons in the nose. Taste is very hearty wheat and pale malt background. Lemons and sawgrass. Pretty chewy and well done but perhaps too dry.

Commons, stick to Belgian type beers. No aroma, almost no flavour, oily mouthfeel with no finish. Pale yellow with white head. I would never try this again, although some people like this.
