Keg at Switchback, Burlington. Hazy nut brown, small head. Fruity nose with some hazelnuts and caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fairly low bitterness. A bit sterile with lots of crystal malt.

Bomber from Winooski Beverage, 4/3/15. Clear brown, large creamy off-white head. Good retention. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, mild nuttiness. The taste is chocolate, roasted malts, mild dried fruits. Thin bodied.

22 oz. bottle. Dark ruby color with brown hues. Thin lasting head. Nose is caramel and lots of nuts. Hazelnuts, earthy walnut, Roasted nuts. Honestly the flavor is toffee and more nuts. Good nut flavor. Creamy texture with a nice smoothness that slides down your throat. Overall if you like nuts, you will love this brown ale, tasty! Really good for the style.

Dark. Brown and amber hues Nose is fairly malty and almonds and hazelnut Fairly creamy with nuts, almonds and oakiness. Pretty solid brown ale
