On tap.
Appearance: subtle hazy/cloudy cardboard yellow look, small cap of a little white head. Not much lace.
Aroma: some floral, coriander, grassiness, white bread and a touch of wheat
Flavor: sweet and bready/yeasty, mild yeasty/bready aftertaste
Texture: light to medium body, somewhat sessionable, quick bready finish
Overall: odd for a witbier, hmmm...kinda easy to have if given again but perhaps have again if not much else was available or if they tweaked this recipe to make it more like a real Belgian witbier

On tap at the Vermont NanoFest, 2017, pours a hazy gold with some filmy, white head. Nose is true to style, perfume, coriander, lemon. Flavor has more perfume, coriander, straw. Finishes a little chalky. True to style, but far from spectacular.

Cloudy and hazy yellow. A little like cat piss and lemon juice Taste is pretty chewy. Dry and bitter. Mild sourness.
