Farmhouse style ale fermented with French Saison yeast and Brettanomyces Clausenii (wild yeast) and aged for several months in American oak Pinot Noir Barrels from Napa Valley. Flavors abound as you immediately taste oak, tannins, wine, hints of dry fruit and slight tartness. For best results, let breathe for several minutes before tasting to allow the temperature to acclimate.

Draft @ the pub. Nose is light traces of Brett and sugar. Taste is funky yeast with sugar and some light toasted grain. Medium-bodied. Carbonation is good but on the lighter style. I didn’t pick up any oak or Pinot Noir Barrel notes. Overall it’s easy to drink, also has nice Belgian funky notes. Pretty nice drinker.

Dark amber brown. Minimal head Nose is tart. Light cherry and oak. Burnt rusty finish with a lot of residual sugars. Medium mouthfeel. Just a sweet woody finish
