Dark straw color. Plenty of carbonation. 1 finger head. Scent is basic. Tangerines and light malts. Some German dryness like. Field of wheat. The taste is very pleasant. Taste is lots of German wheat and maybe some tropical tastes from the malts. Very drinkable. Light body.

Draft @ brew pub. Nice banana clove nose with thin whitehead produced pretty good lacing. hazy yellow in color couldn’t see through. Taste is traditional hefeweizen. Medium body. Mouth watering makes you desire more. Awesome brew from an American brew master, Germany in a glass. I had 3 pints, VERY good.
