From tap at Bierhalle, Krakòw. Grainy malty grassy aroma with straw, hay, grassy noble hops, and a slight touch of fruits and perfume. Flavour is moderate sweet with decent hoppy bitterness. Body is medium. Surprisingly grassy hoppy and aromatic Pilsener, the way I like ’em.

Barwa złota, lekko zamglone, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, lekko kukurydziane. W smaku słodowe, dość czyste, choć jest lekka siarka, mało nut chmielowych. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie i ciało w normie. Taki tam pils.

Keg at Bierhalle Nowy Świat, Warsaw, 14/07/19. Light golden blonde with a decent white head. Nose is grass, straw, cereals. Taste comprises pale malts, toasted grains, faint lemon, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable.

330ml Bottle from Bierhalle Esplanada in Lodz. Drink at home. Piwo ma niebywale wielka piane, bardzo szybko rosnaca podczas nalewania. Trwala, oblepia szklo pilsnerowego pokala. Poczatkowo klarowne jak zywot Jana Olszewskiego, ale pod koniec dolewki jest lekko zamglone. Pachnie swiezym skladowanym zbozem, pozniwnymi snopkami. Bardzo swieze, malo slodowe wiec pils pelna para, udane i smaczne.

Pale blond and clear with thin head. Aroma and flavour are typical of a good, German Pils. Nice, lasting bitter finish.
