Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente a 5 è molto elevata. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca porta note di caramello, miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane tostato, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi e scamorza affumicata.

50 cl bottle. Pours deep brown, clear with a deep golden amber glare. Small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, slight metallic like. Dry breadish. Roasted. Bitterness lurking through. Toasted and dry malty far finish.

red-brown colour, large head. Aroma of caramel, roasted malt and coffee. Complex brew: tastes of coffee, caramel, wild berries and bitter chocolate. Malty throughout and hoppy in the finish.

Mahogany coloured. Roasty aroma. Medium bodied, almond flavour, complex, dry. Lingering bitterness. A well balanced flavourful dark lager.
