75cl bottle from Franglais, Calais. Hazy gold with generous white head. Yeasty, spicey hop and citrus aroma. Some breadyness. Pleasant in mouth and a little bit of the carbonation that the other reviewers mentioned, or is that just the lemon curd tingling the tongue? Finish is good with cereal, lemon and hop. I really do like bieres des gardes I have decided. They just have a good interesting flavour profile

Bottled. Hazy golden. Buttery popcorn aroma. Sweet and soft, lightly hoppy. Nicely malty with balanced bitter finish.
