[Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival 2003] The aroma is very sweet with weak raspberry notes. The color is a hazy amber and it has a fine bubbly head. The flavor is very raspberry sweet - too much cherry for my liking. It ends on a slight bitterness - not bitter enough too be a bitter (which the brewery lists it as)

Sampled cask conditioned at Stockholm Beer Festival.
A cask bitter brewed withraspberries with a deep golden appearance. Winegum-like raspberry aroma. Very sweet, light bodied. The raspberry flavour is really artificial. It takes a fool to pour fruit syrup into a cask bitter...
