An elegant and tart low alcohol sour ale with a lovely raspberry taste. The fermentation with lactobacillus bacteria and brettanomyces yeast adds a nice complexity.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly foamy head, murky palish red with purple tinge, aroma of raspberries with just a feral touch, flavor of raspberries, candy and jam, quite sour. Nice.

Rojiza, ligeramente turbia. Aroma a frutos rojos y algo cítricos. Sabor frutal con predominio de frambuesas, algo ácida. Final frutal, fácil de beber. Muy buena para una baja en alcohol.

330 ml bottle, bottled Nov 2018, bought at a supermarket in Stockholm. Red-pinkish, hazy body, with a small, pink head. Aroma with lots of jammy raspberries, fruit yoghurt, citrus, straw, Brett. Tastes quite similar, while a bit lighter and more acidic. Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes sour, medium dry, a bit lactic, very fruity, with lots of raspberries again, Brett, some citrus, some straw. Really outstanding stuff for the low ABV! The taste is a bit lighter, but much more aromatic than most beer of this strength I've had. Lovely, jammy raspberries throughout. Very refreshing Sour. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 16

Bottle from the Davis Co-Op. Pours coppery rose with a white head. Slightly sour raspberry aroma. Not quite mediumbody. Flavor is mildly tart/sour raspberry. Decent. Sort of fun. Will do as session ale. Nice even.
