Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og lmojoh på Nerstranda. Ultramørkebrun. Kremaktig skum med litt farge. Aroma av røstet malt & karamell. Smaken søt frukt.

Ciemnobrązowe, z rubinowymi przebłyskami, niska, średniopęcherzykowa piana. W aromacie czarna porzeczka, karmel, rodzynki, daktyle, wiśnie w czekoladzie. Bardzo złożony, przyjemny. W smaku podobnie, porzeczka, karmel, belgijskość, delikatna kwaskowość, która przełamuje słodycz i sprawia, że pije się bardzo dobrze. Piwo bardzo eleganckie, ułożone. Nie wiem jaką ma datę ale sporo przeleżakowało w piwnicy. Bardzo dobre, ciekawe i oryginalne.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 07/04/17. Light black with a decent tan cap. Nose is big on sweet and sticky fruits, liqourice, toffee, booze fumes. Taste comprises sticky fruit rinds, honey, sweet licks, light spice, stewed fruits, brown sugar. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising boost. Lacks balance ... too sweet ... not great.

Butelka. Ciemne, rubinowo-miedziane. Piana drobnopęcherzykowa, ładna. W aromacie niezbyt intensywnie, jest trochę tej czarnej porzeczki, ale ogólnie raczej słodowo. Wyczuwalna bardzo ciekawa nuta orzecha laskowego. W smaku zaczyna się bardzo dziwnie, bo od uderzenia zupy jarzynowej - to nie DMS, nie wiem co to, ale smak przypomina gotowanego w bulionie warzywnym kalafiora. Po krótkiej chwili to przechodzi i czuć lekko kwaskowy porzeczkowy finisz. Ta kwaskowość dość dobrze gra z ogólnie słodkim charakterem. Goryczki nie zapamiętałem, więc musiała być znikoma. Alkohol wyczuwalny w bardzo małym stopniu. Ogólnie odczucia mam ambiwalentne, bo fajny aromat ale co najmniej dziwny smak.

Bottle thanks to Nikos! Pours opaque mahogany with a small beige head and decent lacing. Aroma is dark sugars, tart berries, roast, hints of dust, oak, toffee. Flavor is light sweet, hints of berry derived tartness, light bitter, dark fruits, roasty malts and dark sugars. Medium body. Pretty interesting beer, honestly.
