Bottled@RBESG’06. Hazy light orange color, small white head. Wheat, leather and some banana in the nose. Medium bodied, some banana flavors with strong citrus acidity. Citrusy aftertaste. Nice crisp weissbier, lacks just some fruityness from yeast.

(Bottled) Colour golden yellow to orange, very hazy. Big, but quickly disappearing head. Fruity, yeasty nose with citrus (tangerine) and spices (ginger, coriander, clove). Taste starts fruity with more citrus (orange, tangerine) and spices. Becomes drier and finish reminds a bit of a dry cider. The alcohol gives it some body which feels necessary. Agree with Ungstrup, feels more like a wit than a german hefeweizen (or something in between). Nevertheless, interesting and nice, but lacking something extra.

An unclear orange beer with a disappearing head. The aroma is wheaty with notes of oranges and coriander. The flavor is very sweet and wheaty with notes of coriander and banana with a smooth mouthfeel and a dry end. I’m confused of the style on the bottle it says that it is fruity with a taste of coriander, which obviously is correct - which in my world makes it a Wit not a German hefeweizen?

Muddy light blond color and big head. Metallic wheat beer aroma. For me, an ordinary Wheat beer, spicy, but not so much interesting…

Brown/orange murky colour. Thick, white head, looks like ice-cream. Refreshing banana and citrus aroma. Mouthfilling yeasty toffee-flavour. Dry hazelnut-bitterness in the finish. A very wonderful Hefeweisen indeed.
