Brewed in honor of the Kleban brothers’ uncle, his magnificent beer can collection, and his spirit for fast cars, tough motorcycles, and mean smiles.

Flavor Profile: Aromas of vanilla, coffee, and roasted cereal with notes of dark chocolate.

Malt: Maris Otter Pale, Chocolate, Caramel 40L, Roasted Barley, Midnight Wheat, Caramel 80L, Flaked Oats

From bottle thanks to Thomas!! Black color with beige head. Roasted malty aroma, coffee, chocolate, vanilla. Moderate sweet and moderate bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

500 ml bottle. Opaque black color. Creamy tan head. Roasted malt nose. Flavor is roasted malt, vanilla and coffee. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Nicely crafted.

Draft. Deep brown body with a frothy tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, molasses, licorice, vanilla, milk chocolate. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, moderate carbonation. Taste of marshmallow, ash, cherry, vanilla, baker's chocolate. Flavorful with a bone dry finish.

Tasting at Matt’s
Dark brown color. Strange aroma, cardboard, root beer, roasted malt. The flavor is very good, roasted malt and campfire smoke, dark bread. Good.

1 Pint 9 Fl. Oz. bottle split by 2 @ "D. & E. Tasting #3". Bottled 11 April 2017. Obtained in a trade with AdamChandler. Dark brown, creamy solid mocha head. Nose is basic coffee, mocha, chocolate, cacao, basic cacao, easy low roast. Taste is basic cheap cacao, mocha, chocolate, low dry, very basic chocolate cacao,… Solid easy drinking every day brew, lacking depth or complexity plus I got zero vanilla,.. Body is the same. Decent but didn’t feel top 50 style to me.

500 ml bottle from New Beer Ditributors NYC, shared @ In De Wildeman. Black color. Creamy beige head with pretty good retention. Aroma’s: firm roast, mocha, a bit red fruit. Retronasal it’s roasted, mocha, light vanilla. Flavor is roasty, mocha-ish, light sweet. Medium bodied. Long finish with lots of roast, light bitter. Great stuff!

Bottle - Dark roast and some chocolate notes. Deep brown with a decent light beige head. Dark roast, dark chocolate and vanilla. Decent.
