330 ml. bottle sampled @ "D. & E. Tasting #3". BBF 06/2018. Purchased @ Swafff 2017. Expensive like all Trois Dames with no ingredients seemingly to justify. Swiss prices I suppose. Strange concept, odd beers & bafflingly hard to drink for the style. It doesn’t seem like the dates are the weirdest part, that yeast is all weird. Orange, small white head. Nose is bafflingly sweet, sugar, Turkish Delight, the dates all sugar, odd yeast. Taste is this massive soapy almost funky yeast, strangely sweet, huge soap, something odd, less Turkish delight / date than in the nose, it is all finish, sweet, huge soap, candy,... Body is soap, sugar, candy, weird yeast. It is hard to drink.

Bottle from Boxbeers. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, lemon, light fruity and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 070717
