Cask gravity at London Drinker BF. Black beer with ruby edges and beige lasting head. Roasty, toasty aroma. Very chewy in the mouth, tarry and with tobacco flavours. Just a bit too severe for me. Dry finish 3.3/5.0 Re-rate at The Bull Hotel, Wrotham. Very choccy arooma, some cereal. Fullish and dryish malt in mouth. Good choccyness throughout. Finish has some tartness. Good, I like it.

Sampled cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm.
Dark black with small but persistant beige head. Sweet, soft and rounded. Creamy and very roasty with notes of licorice. Long, salty, very bitter finish. Delightful!
